Life circumstances may often be a source of mental stress for many people.

When a person goes through life living with mental stress, it often delays them from gaining inner peace. When you understand how you can deal with the disparity between sadness and healing, you can then help yourself to find inner peace. When a person knows what they live for and who they are, then they often feel peace of mind. Furthermore, when a person learns to accept what they have for abundance and can again feel gratitude, they often find inner peace.



Countless people today are being recognized as being under stress. Everyone faces hard times in their life and needs to work through it.  To help you, if you are suffering, you must first realize that both gratitude and feeling abundance are straight forward steps you can take towards building a path to happiness. These are the exercises of the brain that will help you find new ways to reach the good feelings and vibes that you already know feel good. Faulty functions in the brain, an untrained subconscious, cause the unnecessary obstacles that will slow your progress towards inner peace.  Thus, you are not mentally weak or unable to be happy again, but rather you have a need within the brain that requires restoration. You must strengthen your subconscious mind to stay focused on finding your happiness.


Daily practice of saying positive affirmations and quiet time spent in meditation will be two very valuable exercises for your mind.  You can strengthen your receptors for "feeling joy".  This will in turn make it easier to "feel" that you have peace of mind. Still, mental stress does not mean you are crazy, rather it means your mind functions differently than other minds do. You need special care to find the feelings and vibrations that are positive.  Sometimes it is necessary to work the mind away from the negative and neutral.  


Positive feelings will lead you to happiness.
