Hey Bestie, Your Voice is Being Heard.
Congratulations to Jerrie for her hard work as being a good mother, best friend, and wife. Your compassion, zest for living, and respect for others gave your voice the strength to be heard even after you have gone.
RIP Jerrie.
We love you and miss you dearly.
Here's a short article portion showing that Zantac users of times past may have really had a case about claims that there should have been better communication between the drug makers and the drug consumers.
It's been my opinion all along that there should have been better communication about the risks of long term use of the drug.
It is Basic Molecular Science that the drug would break down and become carcinogenic under certain circumstances. This effect could in some cases, if not all, result in sickness or injury.
The drug companies, in my opinion, should have been more clear about the effects of long-term use. They should have been more clear about the extreme dangers of improper storage. The effects high and low temperature had on it quality. Also, they should have been more clear about the combination of elements that would lead to a carcinogenic dose of drug mish-mash.
I'm not an attorney but I've tried to explain it here. The mainstay of the Zantac lawsuit has been that it was lethally unsafe and the drug makers knew that all along since day one.
There's lots more to this issue and I could rant until you were bored and deaf, or gone.
I want to thank all my friends that helped me find a way to prove it. I knew that if it was so, then we would find the answers and the evidence.
It was Basic Molecular Science.
It was BASIC MOLECULAR SCIENCE.
IT WAS BASIC MOLECULAR SCIENCE.
To understand what has happened here, you would have to go back to the day the idea was conceived of such a drug.
Then you would have to understand the creators and their motivation.
You would have to also understand the value of mega marketing vs. risk of injury and the consequences of those injuries.
You are still not done. Once daylight reaches the darkest corners of the room, there is the vision of the reckoning.....
Big Pharma against Little People....
LET US FIND OUR PEACE.
Jerrie, and friends, ....
the voices of the insignificant and cheap victims is finally being heard. The deaths and injuries are being accounted for in case and court. Even if the drug makers settle without admitting guilt or responsibility, at least we can be led to believe that there is some doubt.
Through my personal research, I have concluded similarly to this case in point that the way the drug promotion to clients and patients was shortcoming in communication, especially about the risks.
IT WAS BASIC MOLECULAR SCIENCE.
BASIC MOLECULAR SCIENCE
BASIC MOLECULAR SCIENCE
BASIC MOLECULAR SCIENCE
Jerrie was a victim at her first dose. Taking and storing the drug, and the drug's interaction with other environmental factors, was not adequately focused on by the pharmaceutical companies. The knowledge of interaction between environmental elements and the consumer use of it was far understated to the point of introducing risks to a person's health.
Now, I'm not the attorney or the representative of the evidence presented in court but I can say that what I am hearing is extremely similar to the information I heard and found by digging very deep, reaching far, and by tapping the most knowledgeable connections. The answer was so obvious that it was hiding in plain sight. The answer was so basic that it was being taught to entry level science schools of learning. Some countries would not have touched Zantac or rat-i-dine products with a ten foot pole. Their students knew better, were taught better, that to mix any drug like that and then believe that what you ended with was better than what you started with would not be so.
IT WAS BASIC MOLECULAR SCIENCE.
I am not an attorney, jury, or the court but I would like to say that the creation, production, distribution, and marketing of the drug in question is a modern marketing marvel rivaled by absolutely none.
This drug's success in the pharmaceutical market will be studied and analyzed for years to come. The 2020 crisis made it no easier to make the voices of these people to be heard. All the pharmaceutical companies showed up in starched shirts. They were already ready with crossed it's and dotted i's.....
In the end, I think they'll have to check that molecular science from day one.
They had reasons for what they did for absolutely every aspect of the way they handled that drug.
There's a reason why students are now taught to not mix drugs that way.
IT'S BASIC MOLECULAR SCIENCE.
Unfortunately, maybe just maybe we could have changed in time. Maybe the fight for life wouldn't have been so hard. Maybe Jerrie could have won and she would still be here.
She would have changed if she was told. She would have been more careful. It's not baby aspirin and it not one a day vitamins. The marketing message seemed to imply though that it was just as safe.
BASIC MOLECULAR SCIENCE says otherwise.
Jerrie was a compassionate, friendly, and a loving person.
She took good care of her family and was an outstanding team player.
She loved life as much as she loved winning.
She would have been ANYONE'S FRIEND if she had the chance.
She would have stopped taking the drug if she would have known the risks of long-term use.
I believe there was a shortcoming in communication about the carcinogenic effects as a result of certain circumstances.
It appears that others may believe that also. Far too many people got sick or died before any change in the safety of the drug's use was considered. The messages about rat-i-dine and similar were swept under the rug and ignored...
I'm not the attorney, jury, or the court...
I'm relating my opinions and observations.
JERRIE SUFFERED.
JERRIE FOUGHT AS HARD AS SHE COULD AND NEVER GAVE UP.
JERRIE'S VOICE IS BEING HEARD.
SHE LEFT ALONE AND AFRAID. SHE HAD A FAMILY. SHE WAS FULL OF LOVE. SHE NEVER GAVE UP.
SHE WAS IN PAIN AND SHE SUFFERED.
RIP Jerrie....
