Truly A Marketing Marvel

 Can you believe that the responsible makers of that Zantac drug refuse to be held accountable because the American courts can't find legal soil which to have discussion. Basically, they sold the drug in the USA without any accountability what so ever. There is no jurisdiction in which to make an action for accountability in the USA for injury to an American, so some judge that never died from that drug has decided. The drug companies from foreign soil sold it to Americans, and Americans claim to have gotten sick, but that's just too damn bad because that's two totally different places....

That's the American justice system for Americans....

Jerrie, you're not forgotten, and you never will be forgotten. That is fact now. However, it's very sad that the "marketing marvel" slipped through the cracks and escaped the light and scrutiny of justice for reckless sales tactics and lack of transparency when it came to warning users about safe handling of the drug, safe storage, and safe dosage limits. 

Well... that's my opinion.

There is still controversy, about who's responsible or who should have been more careful, concerning the limits of what the drug could and could not do before a user of it likely could have gotten sick or terminally ill. 

The marketing marvel blasted into new economic territory for financial gain without any care or consequences about the soil stuck to their shoes. If you can believe it for a moment, somebody somewhere thought there could be a place you could sell shit and there would be no smell.....

I would like to say that only a dick thinking with their balls was that stupid. But gosh, they got the money so now f@#ck you. 

I'm sorry you suffered.

I'm sorry you were too weak to use a phone and that your pain was so great that confusion obstructed your ability to see the people that really loved you.

I'm sorry your life wasn't perfect.

I'm sorry you weren't strong enough to live a little longer.

I'm sorry you were duped.

I'm sorry you're not here.

I would have given anything to make things to be different.
